This initiative was introduced at the Provincial Convention in 2010 and is a voluntary fund which members and councils are able to donate to.
This fund-raising project is for the support of the CWL sisters in the Mackenzie-Fort Smith Diocese for the purpose of travel to conventions and workshops outside of their diocese. Remittance Donation Form:

March For Life

Alberta March for Life: Since 2008 the Alberta March for Life is held annually on the second Thursday of May at the Alberta Legislature. It is a peaceful and inspiring demonstration that gives witness to the beauty and dignity of every human person. The right to life is a basic human right. In defense of that right, we gather annually to celebrate life and to promote the restoration of a Culture of Life.
